Why my parents pay no attention to me and always mean?

My parents always like this, every time i ask a simple question they always say go away and then get mad. When i do get attention it could be like 5 mins and they would be all in there electronics and turn around and say go away.Plus i get blame for everything, since the day of time i get blame for anything they did and the simplest stuff and i always gets in trouble and stay in a room that is hot most of time. Also Usually they want me to take my pills (Concerta) so my whole personality can change, I feel tired living everyday in this house feeling down because of them i wish i can move into another family. My mom does nothing but sit on the couch and watch TV and play the same AOL crap online, she always sleep everyday and when i ask can i go somewhere she always have a excuse for the next 5 mins.My Dad is always on the phone and always grumpy its hard to even reason with him,he gets mad at almost anything and then complains a lot and if i have a opinion on something he says "You don't pay nothing no one cares about your opinion". My dad sleep work at night like at to 2:00 am to 12:00AM and my mom 6:00 to 2:00, also my mom doesn't feel like doing nothing not even cooking food she also insults me on occasions even when she not mad. Please give me a answer i need help.
