Why not bury nuclear waste under the tectonic plates?

if isotopes are made inside the earth why not send them back ,the tectonic plates take the stuff back to the centre and then up again in 1oo, 000 ,000 years or so that should be suffient then all weed have to worry about is what to do with the terrorists
