He's probably just feeling insecure. When he says you're too good for him, let him know that you don't think that at all. Sometimes guys have a hard time coming out and actually saying what they mean.. When he says you're too good for him, he wants you to assure him that you love him no matter what and you definately don't think you're too good for him.
