Is my friend jealous of me?

This person is NOT your friend. Ive had good and bad friends, && its pretty obvious that youve inly had bad. A good friend will never insult you nor make you feel bad. It sounds like she ask you to go somewhere so she can have som1 to string along. Leave her *** alone. Trust me you will feel much better when its over.
