Im 14 and i kinda want to live with my dad..?

My mom has main custody of me and my 3 brothers. We go to our dad's every other weekend. My mom is kinda grumpy all the time. She also has this 'friend' who i strongly dislike. She sees him all the time. He cusses, is nasty, perverted....She always goes to his house and brings my oldest brother (12) with her, leaving me to watch the two little ones (7,5) she goes there in the middle of the day and comes back late in the night. She doesnt do it as much as she use to, but she still does it a couple times a week. Sometimes she forces me to come with and if i'm not completely happy when i go she says im being disrespectful and threatens to take away my electronics. i really dont like him. those are the main reasons i want to be with my dad.besides that im just PLAIN HAPPIER OVER THERE. the reasons that stop me: 1)my dad is kinda poor because he has to pay child support to my mom 2)what about my brothers? 3) how do i break the news to my mom? 4)she once said that if i ever lived with my dad that she would keep all my stuff...? 5) school and friends..? ps. in florida at the age of 12 you are allowed to switch at your own preferance. so i AM legally allowed to do this. i just need some guidance on whether i should or not. please explain your answers. thanks :)
