Can I get a new dentist?:) people from england only?

My dentist is really rude, he makes me feel uncomfortable, hes just a really nasty grumpy horrible man! I'm 16, and I get my dental care free from the nhs (as im in full time ed), my mum goes to the same dentist. Can I change my dentist? How would I go about doing this? Thankyou.
